I need help!!! I tried switching my subscription and my payment method won't go through. Keeps saying "oops something happened please try again later. I've been trying for two days now

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Brendan_w09 - are your services working? If not, when you call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) can your account be found?

Try opening your account through a tab in incognito mode.
