I'd like to receive receipts for...
1. The cell phone I purchased
2. Monthly plan payment
that include...
a. Vendor name
b. Client name
c. Amount I paid including tax
I am unable to obtian them through my account.
Who should I contact?

@tmiyata Yes, My Account only gives you the option to download payment history of the monthly renewal and add-on purchases and it contains no tax, which is not useful as official receipts
For official receipts, please open ticket with PM support, but it could take around 2 weeks:
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
