@bhopewell  Website says 10 business on average so April 28 was Friday assuming it shipped that Monday may 1 then tomorrow may12 will be 10 business days I suspect you will see it tomorrow

Were you provided a tracking number for the phone - you can use it to track.   

 

If not, let the customer support folks know you'd like delivery status.
