Is there a way I can contact someone at Public Mobile to request a credit? I purchased the data and talk/text add ons for the US but for some reason it didn’t work - I had no service. So, not only did I incur the cost of the add ons, but also roaming charges when I was trying to figure it out.

Yes where are you seeing these roaming charges? Spent out of your credit card? Deducted from your balance here? Autopay'ed from here?
You're the second one I've heard of this possibility.

hi I don't know how you could incur roaming charges since this is a prepaid service,none the less to contact a cs agent for refund or credit you need the help of a service rep

@tasha_pm yes, you definitely can contact them for a credit. PM support are fair and they usually would try to work out something in such case. Please open ticket with PM Support using one of the 2 ways below:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
