@softech make some good points. What do you mean exactly when you say overcharged? Was it a double payment and if so was it a PM glitch or did you do it by a mistake? either way best course of action is probably to leave it in available funds, it will cover your next renewal so your card won't be charged again until mid November give or take.

@KaroroJ   depends on why it was overcharged.  If PM system made a mistakes , yes, certainly you can ask for a credit or refund.  But if you have accidentally loaded extra funds, and if you see that extra is now showing up as Available Fund, it is in fact best to let is stay there.  The extra can be used towards next renewal.  And in such case, just that you loaded extra, PM might not agree to provide the refund anyway

You can open a ticket with PM support and discuss that with them directly:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
