You have another thread about services not working. I'm not sure you need to be buying an esim for that problem.

@Seejones You need to re buy one in the app on the phone you want it on . Go to subscription add on page notice at bottom it say shop sim select it and then choose eSIM download and install it
hi @Seejones download the PM app on your phone, login, Subscription &Addons , then buy new sim at the bottom of that page and buy new esim
