Renewed account after it was suspended, but I got charged extra and didn't get credit for 3 add ons

I forgot to update my credit card number, so my auto pay didn't go through and my account got suspended. I updated my info and got it renewed right away, but in order to do so I had to pay $60 more than usual. Normally that $60 is covered by the "3 choices" add on credit, but the credit hasn't been added. How can I get my $60 back?
