I have open a account on Jan 5 and fee was charged but I still haven't received the SIM card till now Jan 15. I try to contact your shop but can't find any source. I'm quite disappointed and want to close my account with fee fully refund.

@Sherman2025   For sim cards it should arrive within 10 business days, so you're not quite there yet.  If you can't get to a store or buy from Amazon as suggested, maybe you could give it to the end of this week before giving up since it's only been 8 business days?   Customer support does ask to be contacted if it hasn't arrived within 10 business days.

@Sherman2025 sorry to hear that but if you're willing to give it another try, do you have a Telus/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store near you? You can pick up a SIM card from those locations for $10 and ask the support agent for a refund or credit. You can also order a SIM card on Amazon for $5 and it should arrive in 1 to 2 days. Once you have a SIM card setting the rest up generally goes pretty easy.
