resend transfer number message

I need to get the confirmation for transfer my number to Public Mobile. I missed the 90 minute mark and was not able to reply YES to the previous message

normal to be to make calls but not receive for now.  Usually port is completed in 30 mins to 4 hours.  So, try reboot the phone often and test incoming calls

and make sure you remove the sim card of the old provider (or disable the old esim)

I called and got them to notify my previous provider. Got the message again and responded YES to it. How long do I expect my number to be working again? So far I am not getting texts or sending. But I can call outbound. Not receive calls inbound.
