404 - [File or directory not found] - After completing payment info/trying to activate new sim

As title mentions - completed all the info to port over my existing number from virgin, included refering friend's number, plan choice, all payment info then immediately got the 404 error page after trying to hit complete. Any help appreciated, thanks

@RobertQcWorked after 30 min, I did clear the cache again but didn't end up having to do it manually. Thanks for the help!

Closed the tab, cleared cache and history, opened a new activation page but got: The SIM number you’ve entered is currently reserved by another session. Please close all open browsers and try again after 50 mins.".... I guess I will have to wait, weird. Thanks though, will update here

@mx3eeGo to your browser settings and do a manual search on cookies and look for all the activate.publicmobile.ca ones and remove/ delete them. Otherwise try again after 50 minutes.

Thanks, I tried that already as the first time through I got the error on the first page regarding alternate phone number "Alternate Phone Number Regex". Will try again

Dang. That sucks. I don't suppose you still have the page open to that error? If so then go back and see what has transpired. If you've left it to come here then never mind. Or if you're here in the same tab then go back as many pages.

Check your payment method records. Check your phone. Have you inserted the SIM yet?

@mx3eeNot sure how far it actually got. Are you able to log into self serve with the account you created? I would try to clear your cache and try it again in private browsing if you can't log in/ your service is not activated.
