@CS_AgentIt states that my plan is renewed and continue online however still says that it'll renew the 25th of June which is today. I tried making phone calls and it hadn't worked. I would love some assistance.

@Kadence Autopay could fail
But first, please login My Account using Incgonito mode and confirm what is the status of the account now
If it shows On Hold (Suspended) , then it is a payment issue. Click "Pay Now and Resume Services" to make a manual payment
If it shows active,
- first try to reboot the phone
- If that does not work, change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G only or WCDMA only and see if it works
- Try to click Reset All Networks and see if it helps
- and do you have another phone to test the PM sim ? just to make sure it is not a device problem. Also, that can force a sim card re-provision and it could resolve the problem
- Also, try the phone in another area if possible, it could be just a local network outage

Hi @Kadence , we are not CS_Agents here on the community forum. So your plan is renewing today and there are no messages in red on your My Account? You really should not lose services on your renewal day, but this may be happening...hopefully this is temporary and will resolve itself.
But try 1 or more of the below:
- toggle into and out of airplane mode
- perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings

@Kadence Try rebooting the phone if you haven’t already
Adding can you try SIM card in another phone and see if services work
