Once the add-on has been bought, no refunds unless you really want it back, then contact a CSAgent. What add-on did you buy? If it was a data add-on, you can keep it on your account and you'll have some "emergency reserve" data for the times you go over.

Why do you need to remove the add on? Did you purchase it in error? If its a data add on or a minutes add on they are one time purchase add ons that never expire. They stay on your account rolling over every 30 days until completely consumed. You won't be charged again like other providers. There are never any hidden fees, overages or extra billing at public mobile.

if you did wrong Add-on to your account by mistaken you have to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent , Explain your issue to they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
