I had a problem during my esim activation (entered incorrect ESN/MEID) and I deleted the esim in hoping to retry it again.
However, I was unable to reuse the QR code sent to me when I subscribed to Public mobile to install esim again. I would like to request a new esim for my account.
Thank you

I'm fine with buying a new one, but I can't even access my own account. Every time I try to log in it says "We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access." Then it tries sending a code to the phone without a sim, which of course will never work. My account was never fully validated too so there are no options for email codes. I seem to be very stuck unable to use the service that is already activated and payed for.

Hello @BaoV,
If you've deleted your eSIM and need to download the eSIM again, unfortunately, you'll need to order a new eSIM. Since eSIMs are one-time-use and linked to a specific device, you can't re-download the eSIM from the original activation email. You will have to purchase a new one.
I hope this clarifies the process for you. If you have further questions, feel free to ask! 🙂

A friend found out the hard way, you would have to re-buy the eSIM for $5.

HI @BaoV
esim cannot be delete and reinstall. Usually after it is deleted, you have to rebuy a new one
if it is a brand new activation , maybe support agent can get you one free? Just maybe, but please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and ask

If no free replacement, instead of buying another esim for $5, I think you should just move back to physical sim. There is no worry about this issue anymore
