Another theory could be they don’t want to overload their servers like last time so it’s for new activations to pull in customers first. And maybe change the availability to everyone else later on? 爛

Whatever you do, do not delete the eSIM because you would need to pay another $5 to get a new one.

Sadly, looks like they have removed the plan from the website. Good news Boxing Day is coming up, maybe some good deals will drop!

I definitely noticed that when I switched over also. It also does use more battery searching and switching, so lately I just keep it on LTE. If I need extra speed I just turn on 5G
