I switch SIM cards every 6 months between 2 carriers. Last year this worked fine. This year my Apple phone is not working after I reinserted the SIM. What do I do?

So were you keeping up with your monthly payment on the PM account?
If you put a pause on the payment longer than 90 days then your account is closed, SIM will not work and you lost your number.

HI @TDMN
you changed your sim card every 6 months, but you user your PM account is still active?
use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to check if account is active first
if it is , make sure the sim card is inserted correctly. Or test the sim cad in another phone

@TDMN - What is it doing / saying?

Trying taking out the SIM card and restating the phone then putting back in the SIM card and see if that helps.
