When setting up ever safe: OTP sends to my email but then doesn’t send to my cell number to complete the process. I’ve turned my phone on and off and took out the SIM card and reinserted while off. Still is not sending to my number.

now that's interesting. You're probably better off reaching out to a support agent, this might be something that they do on their end.

@eddieO everything works, texts and calls in and out.

@Conniefl, have you been able to confirm that you can call out and receive calls, send texts out and receive texts? If any of these are not working it means your port did not complete properly which could be why you are not receiving the verification code

I ported my number last evening.

@Conniefl did you recently port in your number? If so, how long ago? It could be just a delay in the system to have it sent to your text
