I was trying to transfer my phone number from zoomers to public mobile.
My bad...did not read all the posts before I started it and I used my IMEI instead of account number and my transfer is now stuck. I submitted a support ticket but I have no received anything at all.
Is there any way to stop the stuck transfer and restart a new one?
