I am here in USA, I have full coverage for call, data and text, however, I can't make a call and receive call here in USA, my data is working though.

@Ayrus The US is VoLTE‑only for voice. On your S20 Ultra, turn VoLTE and Data Roaming ON. In Network operators, manually try AT&T first; if calls still fail, try T‑Mobile. Ask CS_Agent to confirm your line’s VoLTE/IMS provisioning and that your IMEI is set correctly. If Wi‑Fi Calling shows on your device/line, enable it; otherwise use a VoIP app over your working data. Also share your exact model (e.g., SM‑G988W/U/U1) so we can confirm it’s on PM’s VoLTE list, and quickly test in Canada that calls stay on LTE (VoLTE) before your next US trip.

All Public Mobile accounts are already provisioned for VoLTE service.  There was a time when Public Mobile didn't have VoLTE, but all pre-existing customers have already had VoLTE gradually provisioned and all newer account have that provisioned at the time of activation.

it's not a matter of your phone showing that you're connected to an LTE network in idle or when using data.  A phone being connected to LTE at those times doesn't always mean that it's VoLTE capable.

hi @Cpt_Captcha VoLTE is hidden by PM system and turned off for phones that are not on the whitelist.  There are really no way to turn it on in OP's case.

Similarlu Wifi calling is not a feature here and the toggle is hidden and turned off by the system

I don't know if this is still a thing but I seam to remember some old post about tmoble having 2g available in some states. Try manually selecting tmoble and change your settings to 2g and see if you can make calls. Other then that try something like WhatsApp.

hi @Ayrus

your issue is that your phone S20U is not a phone  PM whitelisted for VoLTE  What it means is that it can only use 3G for voice. But US as no more 3G network and hence your data/text work but not voice

you can double check if your phone is VoLTE whitelisted here:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte

and if it shows no, there is nothing you can do other than using VoIP app TextNow to make and receive phone calls or use apps like WhatsApp  to make voice calls

Do you know if your phones stays on the LTE network during phone calls while you're using the Public Mobile service in Canada?  There's no 3G network in the US, so you're going to want to be using a VoLTE capable device while in the US.
