I purchased a refurbished phone but had to return it for exchange. It was received by public mobile on March 3/22 how can I check on the status of the exchange?

@Glynn Did anyone replied you about the CPO exchange request? or you are just waiting for a return label?
It was reported before it might take sometimes to receive the return label for shipping back

If no one reply your original reply at all, likely it was missed. But still, no worry, just message them again.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

I would recommend that you contact a CS_Agent on this page (private messaging or Chat button type Create a Ticket) along with your order number for any updates.
