Hi, Im locked out of my account so I cant submit a support ticket or renew my password. I have to update my payment because there was an autopay error.

Members have noted that their AutoPay was turned off for some reason. Check on the bottom of your account to see if you are currently registered for dynamic AutoPay.
If not, you will need to turn AutoPay back on.

You will be locked out entering the wrong password. Try again in 15 minutes then click on Forgot Password.
