I joined Public Mobile on Nov 14th and never had use of my phone. On Nov 15th I went back to my previous provider because the problems just continued and you can't talk to anyone. Under the consumer bill of rights in Alberta, I have 10 days to cancel my contract. Also, nowhere in Public Mobiles terms and conditions does it say that there are no refunds. How do I go about getting a refund?

@MUD1 If you read through the service terms again you'll see that it actually does say no refunds on cancellation, and also that you can cancel at any time, but hopefully they'll make an exception since it never worked.

@MUD1 I would be surprised if Alberta's Consumer Bill Of Rights covered this. It is pretty specific about prepaid contract being solicited. No one went to your door or solicited you otherwise. There are no refunds for prepaid service with PM. You can always contact CS and ask at the link below:
