Hello. I decided to stay with my current service provider. I ordered a sim card and it never got delivered because it said wrong address. There is no 101A Avenue so that is probably the issue. I guess it's just 101 avenue. The sim card came back to you guys in the mail. I was hoping at this point to just be refunded and apologize for the wrong address. Sorry for the confusion. Please refund my 10 dollars for the sim.

HI @Enlightenedsage if the sim card never arrive, you have the right to ask for a refund. Please message them:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
But consider to come PM. In fact you can get the SIM car for free if you activate in a mobile store. Many of them will give you the sim card for free if you activate with them.

do you happen to live near the GTA ? This place has PM sim cards for about $3 and have option for curbside pickup.
If you live out west...London Drug has the sims for $10 also.
Come back here when you do get a sim and we'd be tickled to help you start saving $$ with a great PM plan.
