3g 30 day usage charge

I recently (mid June) renewed my plan, and for some reason, I see a 3g, 30-day usage charge on my account.  My plan was upgraded to LTE at that time and did not have any access to data from mid-May to mid-June.

Please get this charge rescinded

not a choice whether you are interested or not, 3G will ends and you have to use VoLTE to make calls

Moto E14 is not on the whitelist and you need another phone to stay with Public Mobile.  Or you can check if your phone will work in Koodo

hi @SabaHab 

the phone could be on LTE network for data, but if the phone not on PM's VoLTE whitelist , it will fall back to 3G for voice calls.  Moto E14 is not a phone on PM's whitelist as far as we know

@SabaHab , if you wish to dispute an account charge, you will need to use the chat link on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.

Sorry, this post was supposed to be for my husbands phone, that said, his phone is a Moto E14 and is already hooked up to LTE.

Remove personal email. We are all customers here - NO PM support.

If you need somebody to 'address it' open a ticket.

Hello there, I noticed at $6.95 automatic top-up, and I do not know what that is for.  Also, I purchased a $15 3g data pakage that was not used.  Please get this refunded and the automatic top up rescinded.

@SabaHab , the 3G charges are for actual usage of the 3G network.  What model of phone are you using?  Do you see 3G connectivity on the notification bar?  You can use the VoLTE checker to see if your device is whitelisted.

No matter how old or new your phone or from which company you bought it if it is NOT compatible with PM network – check VoLTE compatibility on PM site – then that phone will NOT work with PM services.

ALWAYS check PM database with your phone’s IMEI – current phone or prospective purchase.

Your plan has nothing to do with phone compatibility; you can have the Most expensive plan but if phone is not compatible with PM then you will be charged extra or phone will not work at all.

M husband just renewed his plan at $20 for 4g unlimited talk and text with 1GB data.  Why is that pricing plan not available on my side of the system?  That plan is exactly what I have with the exception that mine is 3G and $25 / mo.

Please address this discrepancy.
