i purchased an esim, they told me my information was incorrect but they still went along with the payment and took my money but i was unable to use my service fully, i spent hours trying to find someone to talk to for them to just tell me to go online and post on a community chat. i paid for a full month and was unable to use anything. i was having issues with my phone number transfer and i got upset and unsubscribed, i just want a refund now please and thank you.
