The above isn't how customer support agents should usually be contacted.  Customers need to be using the chatbot to start the ticketing process.

@Julie80  Can you explain a little more about what happened?  If you change your plan before the current renewal date you will be charged again immediately unless you select "change on renewal".  If you know you made an accidental payment then open a ticket with customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
