Hi, I have just recently purchased esim plan, and I realize that is not available for my phone. 

Can I able to change sim plan if not can I able to cancel and repurchase with sim plan?

🤦‍♂️ Another member who didn’t do their research about their phone before subscribing with eSIM to find out their phone is not compatible.

Refund on the free eSIM with a subscription? 
You need to purchase a SIM from Amazon for $4.99 or Canadian Cell Supplies online for $3.99 with fast shipping. If you order from PM…it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

If you are a new customer the eSIM would be free. So no refund will be necessary for that. You can simply purchase a new SIM from a local telus store or from Amazon which is often cheaper and offers way faster shipping.

Once you have a SIM card in hand you can message customer service to apply the SIM card to your account and then you can finish the activation process.

but you can get a physical sim from Telus or Koodo store or Amazon and ask agent to help to update it to physical sim instead
