I purchased a plan today and I am stuck in the middle of porting out my number now. Now, I want to cancel the service, and want to cancel the plan. The question is how can I request cancel and refund for the service?
I am transferring number by esim, and the number is half way works. It can call text, but it is not receiving any of text or call, and stuck that step of verification for full access accouount. And there is no option to verify with email.
