Hi i need my number ported again i have not received a sms message to port my number. The app is at stage 6 to contact customer support and i cant submit a ticket with all the information in there please help. I have 5g internet from you guys and my number is still with koodo

By any chance, @Ron112 , were you on Koodo prepaid?

If you were, it does require customer support agents to manually complete the port since Koodo prepaid and Public Mobile shares the same backend systems and numbers can’t be ported in the traditional way.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to the Customer Support Agents by clicking here 


You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.


Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Keep the Koodo SIM in your phone for you to get the text confirming you are porting over.

Also, your Koodo account must be active so don’t cancel your service with Koodo. Porting process will do this for you.

call the porting support team and they can send the sms again. will message you the number.  Check Community inbox
