I paid my phone service the 20th of november and the payment was taken but my service was not established. How do i get a refund because I am paying for two companies' mobile phones.
This is giving me stress now. I want to get a refund soon.
Check my cell phone usage. I did not use any call, text, or internet during 10 days.
ASAP refund for me

These people are telling you that you'll be compensated for the amount of time you haven't received the service you've paid for but I was in your position and was not.

You can't get a refund. You should try and fix the problem though by contacting a mod.

@hanbyulkim Like @Rockdaddy22 said you'lll be compensated for your missed time. Don't get to worked up, think about the long run and how much money you will be saving.
I know its hard now to see past the fury of your issues, but there are hundreds of thousands of happy Public Mobile customers, saving money.
Unfortunately the promotion caused a major hiccup for a small number of people (relatively).
