As was noted earlier in this thread, CS agents do not monitor this Community forum. what exactly is the service problem? can it connect to PM network at all? or eSIM problem?
with any carrier, it is not unusual to have some setup issue initially. Please submit a ticket with PM and they might be able to get it working fast

i never used sim service I'm stuck at step 6-6 of activation took my payment number didn't work bad impression on company if i have problems at start i don't want it i just want the money back that they took me for subscription which was 28$

first, PM is a prepaid carrier and do not provide refund unless the account was not fully activated
And CS_agent does not monitor post here, you have to submit a ticket with them. Submit ticket, try to work with them to get the Subscription and service working.
