Hello
I want to know can I get the refund, my credit card was charged $23.73 on Jun 30, the phone line in Public Mobile was stopped on July 4 because I ported the line out. From July 4, I could not login the Public Mobile anymore, I could not know the details of my account anymore. What I had prepaid could be refund in pro-rata basis?

HI @cherrylamoc You already ported the line out, what you need to check from My Account anymore?
Once the line is ported, account will be closed and PM won't charge you again
Yes, you ported your line out a week after your new cycle, but that is not a system error on PM side, hence, you are not eligible for refund in such case

Nope...read the T&C's regarding refunds. As PM is a prepaid service they won't refund your 23.73. You actually needed your account to be Active so you could port your number to new network...so you actually got your moneys worth.

I don't know of any prepaid providers that prorate upon exiting. There are no refunds.

because you can't anymore login to your account when port out your account will be closed immediately.
