I cancelled my account but still they charge me for my credit card how to get my refund back

I did port my number. To another provider.

How did you close your account?

There are 2 ways to close your account:

- Port your number to another carrier and your account will automatically close.

- Login to your account and disable the Subscribe button and your account will close after 90 days of nonpayment. The SIM/eSIM will stop working and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.

If you close your account with one of the following then contact a CS_Agent for a refund.
