I was gifted a subscription/plan and was unaware that my phone was not eSIM compatible with this service. I have a normal SIM card now and would like to activate it ASAP, but it is giving me issues in the app which also suggested to contact support for a refund. I'd just like to purchase the plan now since I have a physical SIM card in my phone. Can someone please help me out? Thanks.

@jasminetheQueen your welcome , support should reply with I the hour so after you submit ticket keep an eye on your community in box for their response .or You can also use this link to the community in box also

okay great I'll do that, sim swap sounds about right. I didn't really want a refund but the app had suggested it so thought I was out of options, really appreciate the response.

@jasminetheQueen Submit ticket with support and ask them to sim swap the number for you . And ask about refund for the SIM card if you have the receipt..
