I moved 5 of my family's phone numbers from Virgin to Public mobile in mid-September but Virgin won me back a day or 2 later for 4 of my accounts so I switched back to Virgin for those, leaving only 1 remaining with Public mobile.
I did not see any sort of refund when I cancelled my 4 lines, which totaled about $80. I understand that there would be a charge of a day or 2 of service for each line, but to offer no refund for a service I never even used seems borderline illegal with the CRTC.
I'm hoping to get a decent refund at this stage please. Thanks

Thanks for the replies. That's pretty unfortunate to have to pay for a month of service after not even using it for 1 day. I'll try with customer service and see what they might be able to do. Thanks again

sorry, PM is prepaid carrier and do not provide refund for early cancellation. It is actually legal and your complain won't have any effect, PM is entitle to keeping the extra as it is a prepaid carrier
of course, you can ask support agent again, you can message them:
