What exactly happened?
Since PM is prepaid, generally speaking, there are no refunds.
Do you see the extra charge as available funds in your self service account. If you see the funds there, it is easier to leave in your account until next payment date. Otherwise, if PM does issue refund (YMMV), it can take several weeks for that to happen.
