Need help to sim change, unable to access my Google or PM acct to reclaim my phone number! :(

Hi, so I made this community account because I can't access my other one or login to my account to change my sim card, without my cell phone I can't login to my Google account because when I login it sends a text with a 6 digit code to my phone to verify my identity. I'm so exhausted from trying everything on both ends, Google and reading from the help forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated 👍

Are you able to access your email account associated with PM account?  You can get 2FA code send to email address (instead of text). Do you see the link "Didn't receive code" ?  Click on that link and then you should get offered 2FA email code instead.  

Then once into your account, under your profile section, you can change your SIM card number
