I just purchased A56 5G as it states rhe A53 5g and above is compatible. When I enter in the IMEI # for the A56 5G it says its not compatible or not in there system. What does this mean. I know for certain the A53 4G is comparitable with volte etc with PM.

All new Samsung devices that are sold in Canada should be VoLTE compatible. A56 should work. And A53 was on the list, any newer A5x gen should work

That just means Public’s checker hasn’t added the A56 5G to their list yet. IMEI check is optional and won’t block activation. That means coverage for data, calls, VoLTE, and 5G should work just fine once the SIM is activated, even if the IMEI checker flags the device as unknown.
