Hello,
I've just subscribed to an Esim plan but I'm stucked at the very last step : activating my Esim in the app. It failed many times, and now I can't log into my account as it sends a text message to the phone number I can't activate...
I use a Google Pixel 7 Pro and entered the IIEM code for the 2nd SIM spot which is free.
Any idea how to solve my problem or to reach someone who could help me?

The Public Mobile eSIM does not appear in my SIM card manager, and I can't do anything because I haven't received a QR code to activate the eSIM, and I can no longer log in to my account because it sends a confirmation text message...

hi @Corentintin
confirm on your SIM card manager if there is the Public Mobile eSIM there already. If it is there, enable it and also remove all old sim card or disable old eSIM, and Reset network settings
but if that does not help, ask PM support agent to check and help
