Bad connection

Hi I’m having connection issues I live in Peterborough On Canada…and most of the time my connection says LTE and only has 1 bar ..so nothing loads when I search things ,when I signed up it said 5g coverage everywhere..I’m using an IPhone 15 Pro Max so that shouldn’t be an issue.I even have issues with calls as well….Any help would be appreciated..thanks

first, your PM sim cad should be set as Primary and not secondary or business

to change the network mode, open the Settings app, tap Cellular (or Mobile Data), then select Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data. From there, choose 5G Auto to balance 5G performance with LTE usage for better battery life, or select LTE to force your iPhone to use 4G/LTE only

I don’t even see where I can do that ?  I go into cellular data and it says secondary and business only ?

no need to change provider, all carrier will have hiccup like this once in awhile.  Have you submit ticket with PM?  they can help by refreshing the account and your reception will be good again

I reset all my settings to no avail ,still have LTE service and the worst part is just trying to send messages here because my service is so bad and I live in town …at this point I just want to change providers.. sad really😔

Instead of Auto network selection. Try  to manually select various freq: 3G, LTE or 5G.

iPhone 15 should be good.  Please try Reboot phone and Reset network settings, also, make sure your Carrier profile is up to date.  

if same, ask PM support agent to refresh the account.
