Hi I have made a request to transfer my phone number from PM to videotron. I was supposed to receive a text from PM in which I was supposed to answer yes but never received it. How do I notify public mobile that I wish this transfer to go forward? Thanks!

is your PM account still active and able to receive regular text?
Try reboot the phone and see if the text comes. If not, ask PM to confirm if they received the porting request from Videotron
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

how long have you waited? ask Videotron to resend the porting request. If you waited 30 minutes more and still not text, check with PM support agent. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
