how do I get a refund for a US Roaming add on which I didn’t use?

Technically there are no refunds at public mobile you can however ask for a credit to your account. But purchasing an add-on and simply not using it is not usually a reason for a credit. You would have to give a compelling reason to ask for a credit like you could not connect to the network or you purchased it in error. If that is the case then as previously mentioned contact customer support and ask for a credit to your account. You can use the links already supplied previously in this thread.

So you actually purchased it for the intention of using and then you didn't use it? Or it simply didn't work and so you didn't use it.

@eone23 if you are asking for refund because you could not use due to trouble connecting to AT&T and T-Mobile, then yes, likely PM support and work out something with you
Please engage them via opening ticket:
