Hi I purchased a $40 canada US roaming options while still in Canada. Upon crossing the US boarder I could not call my friends in canada. Why do you post the roaming add shop ons if it will not work?
Because if this I demand refund of the $40.

it all depends on which cell you're using while in US as you MUST have a VoLTE enabled cell that is recognized in Public Mobile as VoLTE enabled...not all are. Here's some reading with a device checker at the bottom of the article. I'm sure this is why your calls wouldn't complete. whilst in USa.

did you turn on roaming Mobile data on your phone?? if you are still in US, try to change network connection, manually connet to T-mobile, or Verizon or AT&T, try all 3
and if you are back in US already, ask PM if you need refund
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
