Samsung A35 phone gets message “No Internet Connection” when WIFI is turned off.
Reviewed similar issues on forum and checked my account, APN settings, turned data on/off, turned roaming on/off , powered on/off several times but still no connection.
Verified the phone works as expected.
Now I have been away recently and used an e-SIM while out of the country.
So I ‘retraced my steps’ as follows:
I suspect that when I landed back in Canada and I switched back to Public Mobile something didn’t load properly.
Anyway, I hope this is helpful to somebody in a similar situation.

thanks for sharing. But yes, esim is confusing, unlike physical sim with one slot, you removed the old and put in new, many forgot to disable the old esim and caused all kind of issue and them blame the new provider for something that is in fact a user issue.
