I referred another friend but have not been receiving the additional points for their referral.

It sounds like you have 2 Refer-A-Friend. Did you try looking on the PM app under Rewards? It should show +2 unless 1 referral have left PM.

Please remember the charge will only show the NEW referrals joined , but it is not a charge showing the Total referrals you have.

I referred a friend around a year ago and one last month ish. It's showing only the referral from last year. How do I contact someone that can rectify this?

the chart actually show the NEW referrals in the last 12 months. Please check My Account using the browser again, or use this direct link:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/referrals
If you really see no new referrals on the chart on the month your friend joined, then ask support to check their record.

I referred him a few months ago and nothing has showed anywhere.

first, if you referred your friend lately, you can easily check that from My Account using the browser. At My Account, go to My Referrals and you will see a charge showing the NEW referral you have . You should see the referrals you mentioned on the month in that charge
as to the additional point you should earn, you won't see it until the next renewal. On the next renewal, you should see 1 additional friend referral points (assuming no friend you referred just left).
And another way to confirm if the referrals registered on the system is to ask your friend to check his My Account to see if there is a $10 credit to his account's Available Funds
