We did a referral an our new account and would not take. Please could you correct for us.

hi @Rocky1231 your friend who you referred had to open a ticket with PM. It is sufficient for your friend to submit the ticket. Once it is sorted, the referral rewards will be added on your account as well
Ask your friend to submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

Could you please click the arrow at the right side of your post and edit out the referral code. While it's to no benefit to you referral codes cannot be posted in the Public forum.

@Rocky1231 the one time $10 credit should appear in your available funds in your account with in 72 hours after activation . If it’s been more then 3 days ask support to ensure the code was applied correctly
