I refered my wife to public mobile she already activate her account she did not get the chance to enter the referral code how can she use the code

Easy, just ask PM to add the code back

Your wife just need to login Community, use the orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.  Type Submit ticket and choose Contact us, it will turn bring her to the ticket open screen to open the ticket
