Hi I activated my new public mobile on 3 Oct with a friends referral code. but i dont see the $10 credit in my payments. I would appreciate it if someone can help me out. Thanks

it has been over a month and I dont see the credit. the bot (chat bubble) does not support the above issue i tried doing that

@Kinjan The one time $10 credit will show up with in 72 hours of activation in your accounts available funds .if it’s been more then 3 days ask support to apply it for you
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
