I signed up 2 new customers with P B  with my referral code , 2 moths ago yet I do not see any credits on my subscription for the referrals , is there any issues here?

Should be there. You get $1.00 for each. Should show under your rewards tab. They each get $10. Did you check with them?

I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent to investigate if your referral code was used at all or entered the code correctly.

DM them at:

If the code was entered correctly, you should got a text indicating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward account”

Also the 2 members should receive a $10 credit after 72 hours.

@John2348 you are on the new Public Rewards system?? if so, the points will be added to your My Rewards.  Please check the transaction history of the Rewards portal 

if confirm not therez message support for further investigation

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
