I have had several people sign up to public mobile and try to use my code it kept saying invalid. Yesterday I had a friend change his phone to public mobile, his, his daughters and his wife’s cell were changed and on all 3 accounts it said my code was invalid. That’s 6 times that I know for sure my code has come up invalid. Has anyone else had this issue? I mean a perk of switching was so I could lower my plan over time but apparently that’s not going to happen. And how convenient that there is no one to contact about this.

Did they entered your referral code Exactly as it shows on your account?
Best way to enter it is if you copy paste code from your account and they do the same. Retyping could cause errors.
They should contact agent through personal mail and provide correct referral code. Agent will update their accounts. You will know if correct referral code is entered when you see their phone's last 4 digits on your account

@Vicki_G any chance you got mixed up with O and 0 or 1 and l or those character issue? Try to copy it to another program like notepad and change the font and confirm
Worst case, your friends can open a ticket with PM Support and explain to the support that they were trying to add the code but unable to do so and request PM Support to manually apply the code back

Account related service is provided by customer support agents. The most likely issue would be a 0 being mistaken for an O.
