Yesterday May 16, I referred a friend that joined public mobile. My refer a friend code did not go through for some reason. I did not get the confirmation for the refer a code. How can I get the friend to have the benefit of the referral?

In my experience, It has taken up to 2 days after a friend has successfully switched for me to get a text message that my referral went through. Hopefully this is already fixed now for you by patience or by alerting PM. For future referrals, keep in mind that it’s not immediate.
